1. No Returns & No Refunds Policy

All products sold on Herald Bag Store are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

This policy is in place because:

  • Leather products are high-value items
  • They are prone to damage, scratches, or wear after use
  • We cannot resell returned leather goods once opened or handled

By placing an order, you agree to this policy.


2. Exception: Damaged or Incorrect Product

We understand that issues may occur during transit.
Replacements are offered only in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive an incorrect product

📌 Important Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be shared
  • The product must be unused and in original condition

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement of the same product, or

Please note that:

  • Genuine leather may have natural marks, grain variations, or texture differences
  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings

These are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests after dispatch

5. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

  • We ensure all products are carefully packed before dispatch
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events
  • Once delivered successfully, responsibility shifts to the customer

6. Disputes & Chargebacks
